Sound Bath
Begin your week by setting your intentions in this nourishing 75-minute Sunday Sound Bath. This weekly experience offers time to reflect, reset, and ground before the days ahead. The session begins with 15 minutes of gentle meditation and quiet reflection, creating space to slow down, recenter, and align with your intentions. From there, you’ll be immersed in a full 60-minute sound bath designed to promote deep relaxation, nervous system regulation, and energetic renewal.
